Natus Vincere team was formed in 2010, brought together under the banner of his best at the moment Ukrainian players to DotA. The boys played well and regularly won prizes at ASUS'ah, until one day Valve cunningly not tell the world about the imminent release of a new part of the legendary card. December 18, 2011 Na'Vi won its last first (pardon the pun) place on the ASUS Autumn, followed by a professional DotA was over.
Contrary to the famous expression of the Russian people, who are "long harness, but quickly go», Na'Vi got down to business immediately and very thoroughly. Quickly having seen that Dota 2 is much brighter future, "Born to Win" have been intensively preparing for the main event of the year eSports - The International. We all know what happened next: the impressive performance of Ukrainians brought them one place and big win in the $ 1 million.
The phenomenal success of the CS and Dota 2, which established the club in the need to expand the organization. There are teams of Star Craft 2, FIFA and the League of Legends.
To date, Natus Vincere - not just the words in Latin, two words, but the successful multigeymingovaya eSports organization, with an army of fans around the world, and big plans for the future.
Speaking of the future. Last night, the official website of the team was reported that the club intends to acquire training base on the west coast of North America, has for next year!
ESEA News columnist interviewed PR-manager Andrew Na'Vi «Xeo» Yatsenko:
Interview
Hi, Andrew! Tell us, please, why Na `Vi are going to open a training house in America?
In September 2012, we went to Seattle (USA) with our Dota 2 will be on the biggest tournament in the history of eSports - The International 2. We were very surprised when they were able to see there a lot of our fans. People travel across the country to meet and greet their favorite players. That only cost the matches with Na `Vi in Benaroya Hall, where the audience went crazy. That was really great! Taking into account the fact how fast evolving competitive gaming in America, cross the ocean of our organization is only a matter of time.
Why, in your opinion, Natus Vincere has many fans in the U.S.?
We would like to believe that the reason for the high level of skill of our players, as well as a huge number of wins in the tournament. In addition, our players are very bright and versatile personality, as in e-sports and real life.
Are you already looking for the location of the future base? Are there any particular states or cities that have caused you concern?
At the moment, we think of the western United States, and it is taking its course in the Los Angeles or San Francisco. We believe that the region is healthy for pro-players, as it has the best transport hub for the transfer of large game events, and the climate is favorable.
Our concept of a training base includes not only the bedrooms and play areas for gamers, but also recreation, such as a gym, swimming pool, volleyball. The highlight will be the Sunshine Coast, where you can have a good rest. We are convinced that e-sports in the open air is a very important aspect of the professional game, and that's why we would like to provide this opportunity for our players.

When you plan to make the base, and which of your players will be there all the time?
It is still too early to call a date, but we are planning it for 2013. Our initial idea was to transport one of the compounds for a period (~ 3-4 months), and then, after some time to run on the same period of different composition. This would allow us to have a rotation of trains between the European and American countries. Naturally, we will need to adjust to the schedule for tournaments and leagues, on this the plan may be subject to change.
Will you continue to take part in European events?
Just as before, our trains will be involved in all the major LAN tournaments around the world, regardless of where the players are located. Yes, we may miss a few tournaments, but it depends largely on where the team is at the moment.
To complement your training base, whether you search for an American convoy or players, or do you stick to its European image?
We consider this possibility. Last autumn, we are very serious approach to the issue and at the last minute had to cancel this idea. As long as we continue to reflect on the new formulations in SC2 and League of Legends, and we will absolutely be no matter where the player / team.
As far as we know, the European Counter Strike scene is much stronger than in North America. Have you considered that the long-term movement to "less competitive" teams can affect the skill of your players to compete at the international level?
ESports is gaining huge momentum at the moment, especially in the U.S.. From this we can conclude that there will be more professional leagues, tournaments, championships, players and teams. The level of competition has recently greatly increased, so that now, we do not think the North American scene as "less competitive." We hope that our presence in the U.S. to raise the overall level of internal teams and bring new talent. Please note that we are not going to miss major tournaments around the world.

Rarely is that eSports organization had its own training base on another continent. To what extent this will strengthen your organization?
I could argue, as some teams do have similar homes in Korea, namely Evil Genius.DOTA2 trained in Europe. Getting the game at home is not just a deal, but a huge amount of resources and effort on your part. But we are very interested in the American region and will do everything possible to strengthen the organization in one of the leading eSports organizations in the world.
Are there any problems in attracting players to the U.S.? For example, their family, friends, or difficulties with visas?
We need more minerals! Besides, I do not see any problems. Some trips were taken from players for several months, so this is not the first experience for them. Visa problems will not, because many of them already have.
Na `Vi was founded in early 2010 and has plans to open a training house three years later. Now imagine what would happen to the organization in 2020? How do you see its future?
Good question! But you know how the world is changing rapidly, and modern technology has progressed over the last few years and we could not imagine what the world will be so developed. So let's focus on the near future and take a reference to League of Legends, SC2, and training in the U.S. House. Maybe we can do another one in Asia, but as long as we will not run ahead. We will do everything slowly!
However, it's unclear what exactly causes Na'Vi overseas and that the unique features associated with the e-sports, is in the United States, which does not exist in Europe and the CIS, with our numerous LAN tournaments and professional teams, whose level of play the order above U.S. counterparts.
Does conquer Natus Vincere America? Wait and see.
